After facilitating hundreds of online group meditations at the Artist Morning and Wild Women Wisdom we are excited to share our newest creation with the world.
It’s called Cosmic Hangs and it’s a combination of all our favourite mindfulness and meditation elements including: Guided meditation, breathwork, live music, voice activation, journaling, fun creative conversations, mindful movement and lots more.
Imagine an intimate and immersive experience where we fuse our favorite meditation elements, designed to guide you through a soul-enriching exploration.

There are only 10 spots per event. Bring your own Yoga matt, journal, pillow and anything that can help you get cozy and grounded.
