Sound baths have an array of benefits. Not only do sound baths induce deep states of calmness and relaxation but they can also support us on many physical, mental and metaphysical parts of our mind, body and soul.

Noted benefits of sound healing may include :

• Deep relaxation and feelings of peace

• Improved clarity

• Reduce stress and anxiety

• Induce higher states of awareness/consciousness

• Release blocked emotions/traumas

• Help with insomnia

• Ease depression symptoms

• Alleviate physical ailments

• Connect with your inner being

Notes :

• Doors will be open 30 minutes before the event takes place feel free to come and settle into the space and relax before the event if you feel called

• PLEASE arrive early and or on time to respect everyone's experience and to help support minimal disruption.

• The front door will close and lock from the outside street level 10 minutes after 7PM as we will have begun the sound bath and I won't be able to come down to let people in after we have begun.

• If you are more than 10 Minutes late and the door is locked please do not knock. We have begun our sound bath and a refund can not be distributed for tardiness as this is a limited ticketed event. Apologies in advance and if you have any questions please feel free to email me in advance! Thank you

• Give yourself around an hour to an hour and half for your total experience

• Feel free to take your shoes off and pick a comfortable spot

• Restrooms are available

• You are welcome to bring an eye mask to deepen your experience

• If you have a water container we have water

• You are welcome to bring crystals to enhance your experience but are not required

• We have cushioned mats but if you prefer to bring your own please feel free

• We have an In-Store 20% OFF discount for our Leisure Lab made in America high vibe apparel. You are welcome to shop after the sound bath. All apparel is manufactured in the same space your sound bath will be so it is all infused with our collective energy.

Things to be mindful of :

- Minimizing personal noise or disruption during the sound bath

- Turn your phone on silent please

- Not wearing any jewelry that may create sound during movement

Parking :

I recommend finding street parking or a paid lot in the area.

There are two paid lots on Santee Street very close to the studio.

I park at Joe's Auto Parks there are 2 locations on our street.
