COS Gather & Ground Meet-Up is hosted by Jamie Nicholas- Founder of Mighty Mindful Beings. It is a monthly mindfulness gathering for the Colorado Springs community to slow down, connect, and reset.
This one-hour meet-up offers a welcoming space to gather with like-minded individuals, share in gentle connection, and settle into a guided meditation designed to help you ground your body and calm your mind.
ALL are welcome—whether meditation is brand new to you or part of your regular practice. Come as you are, take a pause from the busyness of life, and leave feeling more centered, supported, and connected. This meet-up is free with the option to donate.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Some yoga mats, blankets, and meditation pillows are provided but I encourage you to bring your own comforts if you have them :D
