*This year the Calendar Goddesses have decreed that we shall celebrate Pie with our Corned Beef (which we always serve the weekend before St. Patty’s Day.) The date just so happens to be 3.14, and if there’s one thing this Club loves, it’s a nerdy, silly holiday. This is a natural mash-up because we’ve always had Shepherd’s Pie and Chocolate Pie on the menu, but this year we’re adding a flaky hand pie to the menu, Apple with Irish Cheddar Cheese (an Irish take on a Wisconsin Classic) or with just Apple if you want to keep it traditional. It’s time again for our annual Corned Beef Dinner! We have been hosting this dinner every year that Amelia has been in the Club’s kitchen (well, except for those pesky high pandemic years) and we’re bringing it back again this year. We aways our meat from Fells Point Meats and they corn their own briskets, which is seriously AWESOME. So much better than the commercially corned beefs sold otherwise, they are clearly much less processed and they don’t have any artificial colorings.
