Pilates shouldn’t come with a premium price tag. The Core 10 Series is a premium Pilates experience made accessible for the Brooklyn community. We are breaking down the barriers to boutique fitness by bringing inclusive, 45-minute pop-up mat classes to our favorite local spaces for just $10.
Join Kiersten, founder of KGC Pilates, for a session designed to challenge your stability, build long-lean strength, and prove that confidence is a muscle you can train without breaking the bank. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, there's a mat for you.
THE CORE 10 FLOW
- Check-In: Arrive 10 minutes early to ground yourself and get settled.
- 6:30 PM: Class starts promptly at 6:30 SHARP!
- The 45-Min Burn: An inclusive Mat Pilates flow. We focus on form, precision, and building that power.
- The Cool Down: A quick reset to send you back into your day feeling stronger and more centered.
A LIL' HEADS UP (The Rules)
- BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat): We are keeping costs low to keep your ticket price at $10! Please bring your own mat. A very limited number of rentals are available for $5 at checkout on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Good Energy Only: This series is about community. Come ready to sweat, support the person next to you, and leave feeling more confident than you arrived.
- Dress Code: Wear whatever makes you feel powerful and ready to move.

- Equipment: All resistance bands and props (except mats) are provided.
