Join us for a cozy, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn coffee fundamentals and master the art of madeleines. These intimate classes are limited to 8 participants per class. You’ll create three madeleine flavours entirely from scratch, from prepping and mixing to baking and dressing them up with creams, dips, and beautiful finishing touches. Alongside the pastry fun, you’ll get practical barista training, including coffee basics, steaming milk, pulling espresso shots, and making a perfect pour-over.
