With the last block we screen for the 2025 Copenhagen Short Film Festival edition we want to prepare you to face the week ahead, and remind you that you're "More Than Your Job".From passion to paycheque, these four short films explore the complex relationship between people and work. Some find meaning and identity in what they do; others simply do what they must to get by. Each film casts the workplace in a different light: warm when it stirs nostalgia, cold when it feels alienating, dark when it exposes shady sides, and vivid when work fades into the background and people take centre stage. In the end, the workplace becomes what it should be, a backdrop for what truly matters: people, and how they navigate life’s challenges. Because we are more than our jobs.
