Join Team Davis and the City of Davis Adaptive Recreation program as we learn about topics related to supporting family members with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities in our community. This session joins Pam Haney Slinkard from Progressive Employment Concepts to share about Coordinated Career Pathways. Coordinated Career Pathways is a new service available to young people with disabilities. Alta clients who are within 2 years of exiting school or transition, before or after, are eligible. The service is designed to help youth coordinate post secondary life including education and career planning.
