About this Event
What will you learn?
You will learn how to make healthy, vegan cabbage rolls, which are prepared in China for the New Year, and are believed to bring luck and prosperity! You will take home two rolls and experience in their preparation under the guidance of our chef and lecturer Katie from Hong Kong, who is also a vegan chef, plant-based food and sustainability coach and Great Taste Award Judge.
About Katie Tang Čábelka
Hello! I’m Katie, a vegan chef and coach specialising in plant-based cuisine and sustainability. Originally from Hong Kong, I’m now based between the Czech Republic and the UK, so my dishes are always infused with Asian influences and fusion flair.
With 20 years’ experience in hospitality, I love travelling, cooking, and sharing delicious recipes. On my feed, I inspire others to adopt a plant-based lifestyle and make sustainable choices. 📸🍽️
