About this Event
This workshop is all about keeping things simple and focusing on healthy, whole foods that actually fit into a busy lifestyle. We’ll cover practical meal prep, build meals that fuel your body alongside your training, and break down the why behind what you’re eating, including understanding protein targets and how to structure your meals for real results.
You’ll be cooking alongside me in a small, interactive group, learning skills you can actually apply day-to-day, and creating meals that are both nourishing and genuinely tasty. We’ll also cater to dietary requirements, so everyone feels comfortable and included.
Once everything is prepared, we’ll sit down together and enjoy the meal as a group, because food is always better shared! You’ll also leave with all the recipes so you can easily recreate everything at home.
