Enjoy a leisurely Saturday beginning with coffee and cannoli, then join Freddy as he takes students through the entire sausage & salami making process.
Once the hard work is done, sit down for a three course lunch - where students get to enjoy the sausages made on the day.
This is a hands-on class, and participants are required to walk up a set of stairs to attend.
Class begins at 10.30am and lunch wraps up by 3pm.
