Come on a cooking adventure where your senses become your guide. In this hands-on, guided cooking class, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune in, and cook from a place of present-moment awareness, tapping into your body sensations and intuition rather than following rules. We will focus on engaging with the experience of cooking, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination. We’ll use recipes as guidelines while discovering how to balance flavors to make sauces pop. Along the way, we’ll explore what makes a meal deeply satisfying by engaging all of the senses from color and presentation to aroma, taste, texture, and temperature. Together, we’ll prepare a variety of flavorful components and then assemble our own unique power bowls, allowing you to honor your personal preferences and satisfaction cues. There’s no “right” way to do it—only your way. Come for a fun, engaging experience that nurtures creativity, confidence, and a new, more connected relationship with yourself and with food.Julia Hampton is a Non-Diet Nutrition and Well-Being Coach who helps people rebuild trust with their body, regulate their nervous system, and create health habits rooted in care rather than control.
