About this Event
Guests will learn how to make a classic Spanish paella, as well as traditional tapas, all from scratch. During the class, we will walk through simple cooking techniques from knife skills to cleaning and preparing seafood. At the end of the class, the group will be able to sit down and enjoy all the delicious dishes prepared during the class. The seafood and vegetables for the paella are always changing due to seasonality.

Classes are BYOB; feel free to bring your own wine, beer, or sake. Please, no liquor.

Please email me if you have any food allergies or if you would like to book a private party. Private parties must be 6-12 people.
When you arrive at the front door, please give me a call, so that I can let you in! If it is possible for you to arrive five minutes early for the class, that would be great! It will help us start on time.
Please bring a hat or something to cover your hair during the class. The classes are generally 2-3 hours, so I recommend eating a snack before and wearing comfortable shoes.
Parking- There is a parking lot in front of the bakery, and there is street parking in the area as well
Cancellation Policy- Cooking classes are nonrefundable if canceled within 12 hours of the event. Ingredients for the class are purchased the day of or the day before the event. If you cancel before the 12-hour cut off then it can be rescheduled or fully refunded. Thank you for understanding!
