Renowned caterer, restaurateur and talented chef and instructor, Dame Kristine Jensen, will show you how to prepare the most incredibly flavorful Sopes (savory thick corn cakes) which will be paired with an outstanding Sonoran style Tepary bean and pork belly filling.
