CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN DIMENSIONS Meditation and Art Journaling Series

Conversations Between Dimensions is a six-week meditation and art-journaling experience for a small, intimate group of 8–10 participants. Through guided meditations, we will quiet the mind and body, entering states of deep stillness that naturally open into expanded awareness and inner freedom. From these states, participants will create personal art journals—translating inner experiences into visual and written expression. The process moves fluidly from abstract mark-making to more concrete imagery, using a range of mixed media. Each session invites you to listen inwardly, access different dimensions of awareness, and give them form through creativity. This class is both a meditative practice and an expressive journey—designed to deepen self-connection, unlock insight, and transform inner exploration into tangible, meaningful art.

9"x12" Art Journal

Some Mixed media supplies but encourage you to bring more. A suggested list will be given after your purchase.

The venue is behind Moxi on N Broadway. Go into the Moxie parking lot and drive towards back on North side of Moxie. Go to the back and park in back corner of lot. Enter building on North side. Door is inside on the right.
