Healing Cloud of Sound Meditation Concert with Mary Hastings

Join Mary Hastings, as she leads the Friends of Atma Buti sound bath relaxation accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, bells and more. Integrate the vibration of Himalayan sound healing at our Atma Buti® School.

What a beautiful way to end our busy day - through sound meditation and intention-setting! Let's immerse ourselves in this moment, allowing the vibrations of sound to reset and cleanse our minds and bodies as we welcome our upcoming days with fresh energy.

What to expect from Sound Meditation:

1. Create the Space
   We will create a quiet, comfortable space where we can sit or lie down undisturbed. We will dim the lights or light a candle to create a peaceful ambiance.
2. Focus on our Breath
   We will breathe deeply and slowly closing our eyes to invite new energy and clarity into our body and to release any tension or negativity.
3. Introduce the Sound
   We will bring the sound of the Himalayan singing bowls with musical instruments that will resonate with you and help guide you with this meditation. The sound and vibration of the bowls will help clearing our mind and dissolve our stress.
4. Intention-Setting
   As the sound continues, we will invite peace, love, abundance, creativity, and good health into our life.
5. Absorb the Sound and Silence
   As the sound begins to fade, we will allow ourselves to sit in the stillness that follows so we can feel the peaceful vibration still resonating within us.
6. Grounding and Closing
   With silence, we will then gently bring our awareness back to our body by wiggling our fingers and toes, Taking a deep, we will then ground ourselves in the present moment with a peaceful and transformative energy.

Please bring a blanket or pillow for your comfort. Yoga mats will be provided.
