During the time with the Comptroller’s Office served as the Subject Matter Expert “SME” for Franchise Tax, Sales/Use Tax, IFTA, Hotel Tax, Coin-Operated Machines, Tobacco Tax, and Motor Vehicle Tax.
David Gustamante – Chief Finance Officer
Retired Texas Comptroller Enforcement Office V after 18 years of service. Specialized in Field Enforcement of tax laws. During the time with the Comptroller’s Office, he served as the Subject Matter Expert “SME” for Franchise Tax, Sales/Use Tax, IFTA, Hotel Tax, Coin-Operated Machines, Tobacco Tax, and Mixed Beverage Tax.
