Continuous Program Improvement

This training will explore continuous program improvement (CPI) strategies to help build an out-of-school time program that constantly evolves through data driven decision making. Participants will gain a greater understanding of PHMC's CPI process, the various data tools employed, and how to analyze and interpret the data for actionable and practical program improvement. We will jointly examine real-world examples of OST program data to make meaning and create action plans for goals. We will also discuss the PRISM data dashboard, the APT-O program observation, and the SAYO-Y student survey. The focus of this training is to have participants gain experience and confidence in implementing the CPI process at their OST program.
