About this Event
CONTEMPORARY&FLOORWORK
The class is based on contemporary dance. Andrea studied dance with various international teachers and she was influenced mostly by physical dance and floorwork. Recently she had trained mostly in acrobatics, which also reflects in her dancing. She uses a lot of animal, dense movement as well as more soft, release techniques using momentum and flow.
We will discover and built relation with the floor, work on oppositions in the body, but also:
- how to release the body but keep our center engaged
- how to be soft and agile
- how to be strong and smooth
The class is open to people who already have some movement experience. You can come even if you have never done floorwork !
See you every Tuesday from 18:15 to 19:30 at La Casa del Corpo
Andrea is also giving Move&Align sessions on every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM
