The retreat is led by the dynamic duo, Aleksandra and Alyona.
Alyona, a captivating blend of classical ballet and rhythmic gymnastics, brings 12 years of dedicated yoga practice and a recent certification in breathwork to seamlessly integrate stability, flexibility, and resilience. Her sessions combine ancient wisdom with modern insights through breathwork, asana, and guided savasana, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation.
Aleksandra, a former Olympian turned certified life coach (Aleksandra Miciul Life Coaching), draws on her rich experience in discipline and goal-setting to help you unlock your true potential. Passionate about personal growth, she inspires others to embrace positive transformations and live life to the fullest. Together, they create a retreat experience that is both comprehensive and inspiring, leaving you refreshed, recharged, and ready to embrace life's adventures.
