The aim of sound therapy is to bring mind and body in a healing resonance.
The specially designed therapeutic instruments, placed directly on the body and played using felt mallets, to create a soothing sound and gentle vibration.
The bowls are strategically placed, working through the meridian points, sending vibration through the body and creating a flow of sound and energy.
This encourages harmonization and the release of physical and emotional tensions, rejuvenating body and mind and empowering our natural healing system. Along with the singing bowls also gongs and tuning forks are used.
Marc is a professional musician, composer, therapist,
