Welcome to this two-hour introductory workshop in Somatic First-Aid for Everyday Relationships!
Claiming Each Other is an accredited, 60-hour training which is delivered over 12 weeks. The next full rounds of training start in January 2025! This two-hour introductory workshop provides prospective trainees an informative and interactive overview of the method, its foundational theories and real-world applications. Participants will also leave with a first-response embodiment practices which they can use to interrupt potential escalation when confronted with conflict, intensity, trauma or serious stress.
