Join me every Tuesday at 18:15 for a dynamic Contemporary Dance & Floorwork class at La Casa del Corpo! In this class we’ll explore the foundations of contemporary dance focusing on floorwork using momentum oppositions and release techniques to move with agility and strength. Influenced by my training in physical dance floorwork and acrobatics I incorporate both dense animal-like movements and soft flowing transitions. You’ll learn how to engage your center while releasing tension balancing power with fluidity.
This class is open to anyone with some movement experience even if you’ve never tried floorwork before. Each month we’ll dive into new choreography to keep things exciting!
I also guide Pilates&Yoga classes every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 to help you start your day feeling aligned and connected.
