Find Your Clear “Yes” and Honest “No”This intimate workshop supports you to feel and express both your Yes and your No, in your body, your relationships, and your life.
✨✨✨
What are embodied boundaries, anyway?
When we lose touch with our bodies, we lose touch with our felt sense. That makes it hard to know what we want, and also what we don’t.
You might notice that you:
* Armour up and block intimacy, or shy away from vulnerability
* Work hard to please others and override your own needs
* Say “Yes” when you want to say “No” (or the other way around)
Embodied boundaries help you feel what you need and express it: clearly, kindly, and with conviction. You can be both open and protected, vulnerable and empowered.
✨✨✨
In this workshop, you’ll:
• Find and honour your boundaries
• Understand verbal and non-verbal consent
• Explore consent models and apply them in real relational contexts
• Communicate to build trust, confidence, and enjoyment
✨✨✨
