In Latin, the word matrix means womb, Mother or Harra. The womb/Harra is a regenerative healing space within all woman and men. This inner space is where you get to come home to yourself, feel your connection with your creative potential, to your self regenerative healing and original design as nature intended. Your facilitators will intuitively mirror your unique sound via their sound healing instruments and voices. You will literally get to experience the beauty of who you are at the core of your being via hearing your sound in this beautiful way, and who we are as a human collective sound through gathering together in community.
This sound healing experience will be into a co-creative weaving of crystal bowl 432hz sonics, Native American Medicine drums, rain sticking, ocean drum, flute and vocal tones which bring balance to your energy centres, physical body and mind.
You will be guided into a gentle and restful breathing meditation to then receive the benefits of this authentic sound healing.
Both facilitators have extensive experience in their professional holistic practices for mind body and spiritual healing. While leaning into various evidence based modalities and weaving them with sound healing and meditation.
This experience will leave you feeling relaxed, restful and rejuvenated. Perhaps you may even meet a new part of yourself along the way too.
