About this Event

Event description

2 hour walking workshop of nature connection with forest bathing therapy, including:

  • Orientation to Alexandra Forest Conservation Park, acknowledgement of country and sensory grounding
  • Guided sequence of relational forest therapy practices by ANFT certified guide
  • Vegan, gluten free snack and forest tea ritual

We'll come together under the trees to share in activities that awaken our senses and help us remember and develop our relationship the Earth.
Research shows that these practices can help us find joy, calm, peace and awe in our experience of life by encouraging curiosity, motivation and a renewed commitment to the Earth.

This public session for all aged 6+ is in partnership with the beautiful subtropical lowland rainforest at Alexandra Forest Conservation Park.

Why not make a special day of it with a hike, a swim and a delicious outdoor lunch on the Sunshine Coast?!
