A workshop where depth meets play, and connection becomes transformationAt Conscious Connections, we create sacred yet playful spaces for authentic relating. Through embodiment, ritual, and curiosity, you’ll reconnect with yourself, with others, and with community: awakening presence, wholeness, and transformation.
In this workshop, we will explore the element of Earth in ourselves and in relationships. We will delve into the embodiment of both the steady, protective presence of masculine energy and the nurturing qualities of feminine energy of the earth.
Reflective prompts to guide your journey:
• Where in your life do you need to anchor more deeply, putting down strong roots?
• Where are you stuck in the mud, resisting change or growth?
• Where do you offer support too much, sacrificing your own needs?
• Where could you embody steadiness and protection for yourself and others without rigidity?
Through guided practices, this workshop invites you to experience your relationship with Earth (groundedness, safety, and nurturing) as a gateway to authentic self-expression, heart-centred relational flow, and communal belonging.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave feeling grounded, embodied, and nourished through connection, touch, and relational support, while carrying steadiness, clarity, and rooted presence into your life and community.

👗 Bring: Comfortable movement clothes, water bottle, cushion and blanket to sit/lie on and open heart
🥗 The workshop will go until 8 pm, followed by tea and shared refreshments to continue nourishing connections.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:
Niamh Shuley is the earthkeeper and playful fairy, holding space with grounded presence, practical flow, and joyful spontaneity. With a background in organisational development and Workplace Trainer and facilitator, she is currently deepening her skills in conscious embodiment and relational awareness.
Krystal Hille is the visionary high priestess and lead facilitator of Conscious Connections, guiding participants into depth, wisdom, and sacred transformation. She is a certified Tantra teacher, Reiki Master, NLP practitioner, Book Mentor, and founder of Hille House Publishing, with over 25 years of experience facilitating embodied, heart-centred workshops, international retreats, and conscious community gatherings. Her work blends embodiment, ritual, nervous system attunement, storytelling, and spiritual insight, creating containers where depth, play, and authentic connection thrive, and supporting participants to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the wider community.
