Meet Your Teachers:
Fiona McLaughlin overcame fibromyalgia and adrenal fatigue through dedicated Ren Xue Yuan Gong practice. Today, she teaches full-time, leading classes, workshops, and retreats for hundreds, and offering one-on-one sessions to guide others toward vitality, emotional freedom, and self-realisation.
Shane Ricketts, a Ren Xue & Yuan Gong teacher and cranial osteopath, blends his deep knowledge of healing with the transformative methods of Yuan Gong to help people unlock the body’s natural ability to heal.
What is Yuan Gong Qigong?
Yuan Gong Qigong is a modern, life-cultivation practice rooted in over 5,000 years of Qigong tradition. Developed by Yuan Tze, it draws from Daoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, martial arts, and Tai Chi.
It works on three levels:
External Transformation – Strengthen and energise the body (methods: Tian Yuan, Di Yuan, Ren Yuan).
Internal Transformation – Deep healing for organs, channels, and central energy pathways (methods: Xia Yuan, Zhong Yuan, Shang Yuan).
Heart & Consciousness Transformation – Uplift emotional patterns, cultivate compassion, and develop wisdom (methods: Tong Yuan, Ling Yuan, Ming Yuan).
