Conscious Connection

Come and treat yourself to a night of heartwarming connection with yourself and others. We will be slowing down and tuning in. Intention is to provide space for renewal and recalibrating, individually and collectively through a tried-and-true flow of experiences that invite noticing, allowing and being with sensations and feelings.
We play with breath, movement, music and guided experiences to explore Self in relationship to life.
This evening is for any and all adults with a heart.
We each have been through stormy weather. This is a time to honor your heart and body. To support your own wellness within. Slowly, slowly, restoring safety and trust in self and humanity, one ceremony at a time.
Come nervous, anxious, tired, sad, excited, curious, longing for connection. This process takes into consideration our nervous system and distractions from being present in the moment which is where life happens. It is such a tender and powerful way to come home to oneself. Nothing to change in the moment, just be with your experience. You may leave feeling present, grounded, calm, centered and/or loved.
This ceremony theme is Effortless Flow. So beautiful and available to each of us. We explore the two sides of inner strength. Yang, Shiva, Masculine energies of will, determination, taking action and making change. Yin, Shakti, Feminine energies of accepting, allowing, receiving, trusting, intuition. When we cultivate both and gain wisdom to know when to activate one or the other, life can be an effortless flow with more peace and less suffering.
Choose love! The world needs it and maybe you do too!
Lisa was in Thailand learning and facilitating these evenings of embodiment and connection. She has been facilitating various types of experiences for adults since 2014. Before that, she was in youth ministry for 15 years creating and facilitating life-changing ministries for our youth.
