This is a combination of a workshop and a ceremony as we learn to connect with "Mary" in a way that is mindful and elevates our quality of life. We will center ourselves through a short breathing meditation and then dive into some knowledge surrounding our plant ally.
You'll learn about the different benefits of connecting in various ways and we will open a group discussion so we can learn from the experiences of one another as well.
As Easter (the Christian holiday that commemorates the resurrection of Jesus) also falls on this day we will explore the concept of utilizing "Mary" for accessing "Christ Consciousness," meaning to align with a state of universal love, compassion, and divine connection.
(Notice that we are not aligned with any religion, but rather see Jesus as a person whom was holding a torch for us to find our way "home," same as the Buddha, Krishna, etc)

Our good friend, Maggie Quernemoen (1withMother) will be closing out the event with a handpan meditation, which will bring you to the present moment, aiding you in integrating the lessons from our time together.
