About this Event
What happens if you stop trying to fix, change, or push—and simply witness?
In this session, we'll use the rhythm of conscious connected breath to cultivate the quiet art of observation. No agenda. No destination. Just presence with whatever arises.
What to Expect
I will guide you through a continuous breathing pattern while you are lying down. The experience will be supported by a curated rhythmic music.
We will start with sharing our intensions, experience the breath and close with another share over a cuppa to close the experience.
Conscious connected breathwork helps to tap into an altered state of consciousness that can have an incredibly healing potential. This practice can bring up physical sensations like tingling or numbness, facilitate release of emotions, memories, or can bring stillness—all experiences are valid.
The theme, observe, invites you to meet all of it with curiosity rather than force. Instead of breathing toward something, you'll practice breathing with what's already here. This simple shift often reveals more than intensity ever could.
This session is for you if:
- You're drawn to self-inquiry and somatic awareness
- You want to explore breathwork without a "push through" mentality
- You're curious about what emerges when you stop efforting
Practical details:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring water, something to write with, and an eye mask if you have one
- Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
- No breathwork experience necessary
Spaces are limited to 15 in order to keep the group safe and intimate.
Warmly,
Ania
