A sharing event with children and teachers involved in this innovative 2 year project funded by the Paul Hamlyn foundation.
About this Event

Join us to hear the impact of our enhanced Global Storylines project run by WOSDEC in partnership with Theatre of the Oppressed experts from Active Inquiry.

Children, teachers and senior leaders from four of the project schools will be sharing their rights-based experiences and discussing the impact. The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland have been conducting academic research into the efficacy of these approaches and will present their key findings ahead of their research paper which will be published later this year.

We will also hear reflections from Education Scotland, Local Authority, Storyline Scotland and Storyline International representatives. These colleagues will be making the connections between Global Storylines and their work, as well as the future of creative approaches for Global Citizenship IDL project work in schools at this time of great challenges for communities locally and globally.

Light refreshments will be provided on arrival.

Please contact [email protected] with any access requirements. We look forward to sharing our excitement with you!
