I'm excited to return to Kno Kno (London Fields) this autumn to offer more opportunities to breathe deep in community.
I'll be sharing various practices I love - conscious connected breathwork, meditation and sound healing - as an invitation to clear and create space within.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet transformative technique that allows you to tune out of the thinking mind and venture into the subconscious realms, allowing you to access and release emotional blocks; access altered states of consciousness; receive insight, wisdom and clarity you’ve tried to ‘figure out’ through thinking; clear out toxins in the body and generally feel deeply connected to your body.
There are many different experiences. Come with an open mind – each breath and sound journey is new, even if you’ve done these practices before.
This session is a chance to take some time for yourself, away from the noise and pace of London life. We often don't know how much we're carrying until we feel and release.
This two-hour workshop includes:
- Meditation and grounding exercises
- Guided breathwork journey
- Sound healing: Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles and more
- Essential oils, tea and cards
- All hosted in a cosy candlelit space
You’ll receive a short health and waiver form that must be filled in ahead of the session. I’ll be guiding you throughout, offering support as needed.
- A mat, blanket, cushion and eye mask will be provided
- Wear comfy clothing and bring an extra layer as your body temperature can drop during breathwork
- Please avoid heavy meals two hours before the workshop
- Spaces are limited to 8. I’m afraid I can’t offer refunds.
