Connections for Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago

Parents of children who have been treated at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago are invited to join us join us for Connections Pediatric Cancer Caregiver Support. This in person event will be held on site at Lurie Children's Hospital; dinner and parking passes will be provided to all attendees.
This month's topic is INTIMACY & SUPPORT IN RELATIONSHIPS
When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it impacts every aspect of life, including the relationships that typically provide comfort and connection. Parents and primary caregivers may find that the closeness and support they once enjoyed with their partner, family or close friends feel strained or are lacking altogether. In this month’s session, we will explore ways to nurture and maintain connection and support in the relationships that matter most.
Please note that this will be a HYBRID session! Join us in person at Lurie Children's or via Zoom. When you RSVP, please let us know if you'll be joining in person via Zoom.
This event is FREE to attend. Session content provided by Momcology. Dinner provided by fundraising from your Lurie’s Hem/Onc/SCT nurses & nursing assistants.
