About this Event
Connecting Through Collage is an experiential workshop that combines creative expression with the Sovereignty – Return to Witness practice.
Rather than focusing on interpretation, analysis, or artistic skill, this workshop offers a structured, choice-centered space to explore experience through collage.
Participants are invited to notice what draws their attention, how they respond, and what unfolds internally—without pressure to explain, resolve, or improve anything. Collage becomes a medium for observation.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll be supported with guided prompts and clear cues so you never have to wonder what to do next. No previous art experience is needed. This experience is not about creating a “good” piece of art—it is about engaging the process with presence and choice.
