Connected Parenting: A workshop for Dads (in person or via zoom)Respectful care and connected parenting looks different with a newborn than it does with a toddler, with a Kinder child, a school child, a teenager and all the ages in between.
Understanding how to stay centered in our commitment to respectful care and make the right time for connection is central to a settled and mindful family life.
How does connected parenting work particularly for Dads? What is different? What are the strengths and challenges for you as a Dad?
Join us for a nourishing workshop to explore the basic rhythms of respectful care that support independence, foster joy and embrace the strengths of being a Dad.
Unpacking truly connected parenting is key to a more peaceful family where children can play more independently and adults can get on with the work of the home without so much stress.
We will look at daily practices, rhythms and self care for both children and parents.
Grown out of Emmi Pikler’s work, Waldorf Philosophy, our understandings about brain development and child development, this workshop is a great starter workshop for families as well as a great refresher for families to repeat.
