About this Event
Join San Diego Mom Crew for an opportunity to relax and reconnect to your pelvic floor. Jenneca from Centered Pelvic Health and Wellness will share helpful information, tips and exercises to keep your pelvic floor healthy. Shannon from Expand Beyond will then lead a soothing sound bath focused on the sacral chakra.
This event is designed for moms to practice self-care. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your little ones.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat.
If you cannot make it in person, we will live stream the pelvic floor PT portion of the event. The Zoom webinar link will be emailed to you after you register.

Shannon Yeager is the host of San Diego Mom Crew and mama to a bubbly and curious 1 year old. She is a wellness coach, yoga instructor (RYT-500), sound healer and Reiki practitioner. Jenneca Andrew is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women's Health and founder of Centered Pelvic Health and Wellness.
