✨ Breath and Sound Meditation with Anne-Marie Audet,

The founder of will guide you through calming breathwork, and a deeply relaxing sound meditation grounded in the heartbeat of and harmonies of nature. Soothing nature soundscapes meet the healing frequencies of the Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments to facilitate deep rest, self-discovery, and a connection to your inner wisdom - your light.

✨ Mindful Writing with Lori Rosove

The founder of will provide a safe and supportive space for you to embrace the therapeutic power of mindful writing. Easy-to-follow exercises will guide you to privately unlock deep thoughts and gain clarity through mindful writing exercises. You’ll find inspiration, insight, and peacefulness as you put pen to paper in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

*Optional: Anne-Marie and Lori will offer a post workshop debrief where you can ask questions, share experiences, insights, and support as you explore new dimensions of mindfulness together.
