This series will help you feel grounded, renewed, and deeply connected as you prepare to welcome your baby with confidence and empowerment!
All trimesters welcome. No prior yoga experience needed. Class includes modifications and support for all bodies and energy levels. Each class is 60 minutes
SERIES DATES: Wednesdays April 1 to May 6 - 6:30-7:30pm CST
Investment: $75 for the 6-week session.
Drop-in class for $25 (space permitting: drop-ins open after session begins. Registration closes 48 hours before class time)
