Looking to meet new people and build meaningful connections in Metro Vancouver?
Connect & Belong is a speed friending experience designed for youth (ages 18–30) who want to expand their social circle in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Moving to a new place can feel overwhelming, especially when you don’t yet have a strong network. This program creates a safe and inclusive space where you can:
- Meet new people through fun, structured conversations
- Practice communication skills in a relaxed setting
- Build genuine friendships over time
- Feel a stronger sense of belonging in your community
How It Works
Each session features a guided speed friending format, where participants rotate through short, engaging conversations using thoughtfully designed prompts. Just meaningful, easy ways to connect.
Unlike one-time events, this program runs bi-weekly over three months, giving you the chance to reconnect with familiar faces and build lasting relationships.
