On Friday 6th March, 6:30pm – 8:30pm, we step into a space of healing, connection, and self-love:
✨ The Season of the Sisters Begins ✨
A beautiful collaboration between Holistic Therapies by Andrea Poole and Dawn Armistead, Creative Director of Urban St Annes CIC
Together, these two women weave their years of healing experience into a nurturing 2-hour workshop:
💗 How to Connect and Work with the Inner Child 💗
This gentle and empowering evening is an invitation to reconnect with the part of you that holds joy, innocence, creativity, and deep wisdom.
🌿 What to Expect:
• A 20–30 minute guided meditation
• Letter writing for release, forgiveness and praise
• Learning how to empower and nurture your inner child
• Intention setting for inner child growth
• Working with Rose Quartz for love and healing
• A thoughtful goody bag to take home
