Congulus is a psychedelic rock trio from Istanbul, founded in 2016 by Cihan Önder (guitars, sythesizer), Mehmet Emre Açıkgöz (bass), and Tayfun Gür (drums). Rooted in the deep heritage of Anatolian folk traditions, the band weaves these ancient echoes into lush, hallucinatory textures creating an expansive sonic realm of layered compositions, hypnotic drones, and uid, shape shifting ris.
