About this Event
About this workshop
Do you speak regularly — in meetings, presentations, lectures, rehearsals or classrooms — yet still feel tense, self-conscious, or disconnected from your voice when it really matters?
This one-day intensive is for people who want to speak with greater confidence, clarity and presence, without forcing or performing.
Drawing on theatre practice, voice work and embodied techniques, the day focuses on helping you feel grounded in your body, connected to your breath and voice, and more at ease being seen and heard.
This is not about “presentation tricks”.
It’s about building a reliable, sustainable way of speaking that feels like you.
