Confidence Through Kizomba Workshop- Birmingham

This is a safe, supportive space for women to explore movement without pressure or judgement.

No experience needed
No partner needed
No pressure to “get it right”

Kizomba is a slow, grounded dance that helps you relax, move with ease and feel more connected to your body.

I used to feel shy in my movement too , afraid to somehow take up space and be seen —Kizomba helped me feel more confident, expressive and comfortable in myself 🤍

That’s what I want to share with you.

• 1.5 hour experience
• Intimate group setting
• No judgement, just growth

You’ll be guided through simple movement and confidence-based exercises to help you feel more at ease in your body.

There’ll be a chance to take part in a simple, relaxed group video at the end—completely optional.
