Confidence Captured
Florence Achery, founder of Yoga Retreats and More and Sarah Winterflood, mindset coach and personal branding photographer, have teamed up to offer a one-day immersive experience for women who want to feel confident, relaxed and authentic in front of the camera.
If you feel awkward having your photo taken, avoid the camera or need updated brand or LinkedIn images that actually feel like you then this day is for you.
Confidence Captured offers confidence-building exercises with a professional photoshoot, all held in a supportive and welcoming space. This isn’t about stiff poses or forcing confidence.
It’s about learning how to feel at ease so your natural presence can shine through.
This is more than a photoshoot. It’s a shift in how you see yourself and how you allow yourself to be seen.
What the day includes:
- Confidence-building and mindset exercises.
- Support to feel grounded and comfortable in front of the camera.
- A professional photoshoot.
- A nourishing Japanese lunch.

Meet the team:
- Florence will be your co-host. Florence has years of experience creating and holding calm and empowering spaces.She will welcome you and hold space.
- Sarah is an accredited mindset, money & business coach, as well as a personal branding photographer, who works with entrepreneurial women in midlife who are ready to rewrite the rules.Sarah blends transformative coaching with strategic, story-driven photography.
Programme: Times are for guidance
10am to 10.30am - Arrive at Curve Club • Meet your hosts • Make yourself comfortable • Enjoy a cup of tea/ coffee.
10.30am to 11am - Introductory talk "How to befriend the camera".
11am to 12.45pm - Confidence-building exercise and inspiration mood board workshop.
12.45pm to 2pm - Lunch and networking.
2pm to 4.30pm - Florence will hold a talking circle whilst every participant will get a 15 minute photoshoot with Sarah.
Where?
This event will be hosted at Curve Club, 5 minutes walk from Old Street station.
The club's interior is light, sophisticated yet quirky and will be the perfect background for your photos.
What to bring?
A couple of magazines, for your mood board.
A change of clothes, if you wish.
Anything you want to include in your photos and promote - Have you just released a book? Cosmetics? etc...
