About this Event
The Most Confident Version of You Is Hidden Within You. This is an uplifting and empowering workshop designed to help Black girls and young women reconnect with their inner strength. Rather than teaching confidence as something to be earned externally, this session guides participants to rediscover what already lives within them.
Facilitator Antonica Kiala, founder of Girl Impact and an emerging psychotherapist-in-training, leads participants through reflection activities, mindset shifts, and conversations about identity, worth, and self-belief. Together, the group explores how fear, comparison, and life experiences can silence confidence and how to break through those barriers.
Participants will leave the workshop with practical tools to quiet self-doubt, embrace their voice, and show up as their most powerful selves. This session offers a safe, affirming space for young Black women to feel seen, supported, and inspired to rise into the confident leaders they are meant to be.

What to Expect
Info: The most confident version of you is hidden within you.
This workshop will take participants on an engaging, transformative journey to rediscover the confidence already within them. Many individuals do not lack confidence; it has been hidden beneath fear, comparison, doubt, and life experiences that caused them to question their identity and worth.
During this session, participants will explore what has held their confidence back and learn practical tools to uncover, rebuild, and strengthen it. They will leave equipped with strategies, mindset shifts, and renewed self-belief to step into the most confident version of themselves.
Confidence is not something they must find; it is something they will uncover.
