About this Event

Hi everyone,

I’m so excited to be spending this time with you!

This 1.5-day experience is really about creating space to get to know each other beyond your roles, titles, and day-to-day responsibilities. So often at work, we interact within structure, but this is an opportunity to connect more personally, understand what drives one another, and build relationships that feel genuine and lasting.

We’ll explore personality dynamics and values in a way that helps you see not just how your colleagues work, but who they are. My hope is that you leave with a deeper sense of connection, stronger trust across departments, and a renewed appreciation for the people you work alongside every day.

EVENT SCHEDULE

Thursday, April 30 – Vanderbilt Condado Hotel

Group A Session: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Bus departs Banesco at 7:45 AM and returns after lunch.
Lunch (All Attendees): 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Group B Session: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Bus departs Banesco at 11:45 AM and returns at the end of the day.

Please plan to park at Banesco, where transportation will be provided to and from the hotel.

Friday, May 1 - Offsite Experience

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

We’ll wrap up our time together with an offsite experience designed to continue building connection in a more relaxed and interactive setting. Transportation will be provided, and location details will be shared soon. Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and eat a full lunch before the bus departure.
