About this Event
Breath Healing is a powerful, transformative, and healing breathing technique that supports us in releasing what no longer serves us. This technique involves circular, active, and forceful breathing through the mouth. It helps to quiet the conscious monkey-mind, while tapping into the subconscious. It also changes the balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen within the body, allowing us to release unprocessed emotions, stuck energy, and accumulated stress. For some, it can lead to a gentle altered state of consciousness. Through releasing what no longer serves us, we become more open to self-love and self-acceptance, moving us towards a sense of wholeness!
In this session, Daniella teaches the breathing technique and leads us on a supported journey of healing, self-love, and personal growth through journal prompts and a somatic breathwork experience. Breath Healing is open to absolute beginners as well as to those who already have breathwork experience.
Santosa Yoga and Health partners with @SoundsFunPR for an immersive musical experience as we breathe. Noise cancelling headphones accentuate and deepen our ability to focus on ourselves and to go deeper into the practice.

- It is not advisable for people to join who are minors, pregnant or have bipolar, schizophrenia, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrollable high blood pressure, seizures, aneurysms, serious lung conditions, recent major surgery, glaucoma or retinal detachment.
- Last minute cancelations on the day of the event will not be refunded. Cancelations with advanced notice (prior to the day of the event) can be transfered to a future breathwork session.
