What can you expect from this ISMAUK Webinar?

Join Paul Davison, Founder and CEO of PPWD, for an interactive online workshop to consider the eight domains of Compassionate Safety. We will explore how these two words go together and how they relate to stress management. A holistic approach to safety requires individuals and organisations to go beyond physical safety, to accommodate psychological, emotional and spiritual safety needs. For this to take place within an environment where people can thrive and flourish, that environment needs to be a compassionate one. There needs to be a cultural wrap which is simultaneously kind, caring, useful and helpful. The online workshop will link this approach to human factors, non-technical skills and cultural evolution.

Who is this webinar for? For leaders, organisers and practitioners in the stress management and wellbeing sectors; for managers, executives, HR and people managers in businesses and other organisations; and for coaches everywhere.

What’s on the agenda? Following a welcome by Carole Spiers, Chair of ISMAUK, Paul Davison will talk for 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes’ Q & A and informal conversation.
