About this Event
A Day of Grounding & Nourishment for These Times
with Augusta Hopkins and Lev White
Join Lev and Augusta as we come together to rest and connect with ourselves, source, and one another. Together, we’ll engage in the practice of still meditation, accessible movement, and mindful eating.
As we practice resting and opening to things as they are with ease and awareness, we allow acceptance to emerge and wisdom to naturally come forth. When we practice together in sangha / community, we have an opportunity to deepen our awareness and healing practices to strengthen our commitment to live mindfully in the world.
On this day we will practice listening, journaling, and engaging with each other. Augusta and Lev will offer guidance in the practice of self-compassion and the cultivation of equanimity as a foundation for grounding.
Beginning to advanced practitioners are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can breathe deeply; bring a journal and bag lunch.
We look forward to practicing together!
